In order to preserve this beautiful piece of woodland, we would like to apply for village green status, which if successful would cover the area and prevent it from being developed.

In order to mount a successful application, we need proof that people have been using Oliver's Copse for Walking, walking their dogs and generally enjoying it, over the last twenty years. This proof maybe in the form of evidence such as photographs of you and your family walking in the copse or of your children who may have played within it.

Dates, names of the persons submitting the evidence are necessary. It would also help greatly, if there is some way of identifying that the land around you, is actually Oliver's Copse. This maybe buildings or something in the background that make the location recognisable.

You will have needed to have lived in the area and used Oliver's Copse over the last twenty years. If you have moved away, but did use Oliver's Copse, this is also fine.
